My story
My path: more than 20 years of experience working with the human body
The beginning
My path began with work in the hospitals of Kyiv. In 2005, while still a student, I trained in the surgical and urology departments of city clinics: I assisted in operations, applied dressings, gave injections and accompanied patients before and after surgery. There I truly saw for the first time how fragile and, at the same time, how strong the human body is.
In 2007 I qualified in therapeutic massage and came to a department for war veterans. My first patients had been through great hardship. Working with them taught me the most important lesson: every body holds a story. To bring lightness back to the body, it is essential to hear the whole person, their physical and emotional state.
Then came my work at the “Feofaniya” clinical hospital, where in the physiotherapy department I gave therapeutic and restorative massage and led therapeutic exercise sessions. And finally, my beloved Polyclinic No. 3 of Kyiv’s Podilskyi district, which became a true professional home for me.
Growth
Alongside my practice I continued my education. I earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and sport, then a master’s degree in physical rehabilitation. At Kyiv Medical University I graduated in General Medicine, and later trained in manual therapy, osteopathy and craniosacral therapy.
At Polyclinic No. 3 I worked for eight and a half years, growing from massage therapist and therapeutic exercise instructor to rehabilitation physician and physiotherapist. Later I served as acting head of the physiotherapy department and led a team of eight nurses and two doctors. This time gave me a deep understanding of rehabilitation as a system in which every detail matters.
Also in 2016, I had the opportunity to work as a children’s rehabilitation specialist in the department for children with developmental differences at Kyiv Psychoneurological Dispensary No. 5. Helping a child find movement, confidence and the joy of connecting with others became one of the most precious and moving experiences of my career.
Sharing knowledge
In 2019 I was invited to teach at Kyiv Medical University, in the Department of Neurology, Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy. I taught manual therapy, osteopathy and craniosacral therapy, worked through clinical cases with students and for a time served as acting head of the department. It was a unique and inspiring experience, a chance to unite practice and theory. Sharing my knowledge with students, I discovered manual therapy anew myself.
The world as my teacher
In 2014 I left Ukraine and began practising around the world. Thailand, Indonesia, India, Poland, Argentina and other places and countries around the world: everywhere I worked with people, kept learning and discovered new facets of my craft.
In Chiang Mai I completed a professional Thai massage course certified by Thailand’s Ministry of Education. On Koh Phangan and in Ubud, Bali, I blended my medical foundation with Eastern traditions of bodywork.
2018 became a special chapter. I worked in the physiotherapy department of the medical centre at the Sathya Sai Baba ashram in India. Serving people in a place of deep spiritual practice transformed my understanding of healing: body, mind and soul are one, and true restoration happens on every level at once.
Creating spaces
Over time I began creating places where people can restore themselves. I became co-owner of the Ganesha House yoga studio in Kyiv, founded The Good Life Group from scratch in Warsaw, and from 2021 to 2026 directed Wellness Center Satya in Thailand, on Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and Phuket.
Over these years people of many professions and cultures have entrusted themselves to me, including heads of state, which I value especially and remember with gratitude.
Today
Today everything I have learned over more than twenty years of working with the human body, from the medical institutions of Kyiv to the ashram and wellness centres, has come together in my own wellness approach, which I practise around the world:
Holistic Manual Bodywork
Holistic manual work with the body.
Intuitive Flow
Deeply relaxing and restorative massage in which every movement adapts to you.
Manual Body Alignment
A gentle return of balance and freedom to the body.
I shape every session individually, with attention to your body, your state and your rhythm. My aim is simple: that you leave with a feeling of lightness, calm and of coming home to yourself.
